Prana Trails

Reconnect with your inner rhythm and the world around you. Join us for a mindful blend of conscious movement, outdoor pranayama, and nature meditation in the heart of London’s green spaces.

Movement, Breath, and Nature

At Ananda Sangam, our mission is to foster a space where individuals can connect deeply with themselves, each other, and the natural world. Inspired by this vision, Prana Trails is our dedicated outdoor initiative—a journey designed to step away from the noise of modern life and move back into harmony with the elements.

Prana is the vital life-force energy that flows through us and all of creation. By moving through the quiet magic of our local green spaces, Prana Trails merges conscious movement, mindfulness, and community connection into a single, immersive experience.

Whether you are seeking a moment of quiet reflection, looking to deepen your pranayama practice, or wanting to share a meaningful morning with like-minded souls, you are welcome exactly as you are.

What is a Prana Trails Session?
A Prana Trails gathering is a beautifully paced, 90-minute morning immersion held in the serene nature spaces of North West London. This is not a fitness race or a strenuous hike; it is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel genuinely energised.

Each trail is mindfully curated to guide you from outer movement into inner stillness:

Conscious Walking & Movement: A gentle, grounding walk through nature to awaken the physical body and build a shared, collective rhythm with the group.

Nature Meditation: Pausing beneath the canopy to practice mindfulness, tuning our senses to the birdsong, the wind, and the grounding presence of the earth.

Pranayama (Breathwork): Immersive, outdoor breathwork sessions designed to clear the mind, balance internal energy, and expand our connection to the pure air around us.

How to Join a Trail

Our outdoor sessions take place on select Saturday mornings, creating a welcoming weekend ritual for the community. Because we mindfully limit group sizes to maintain an intimate, tranquil, and connected atmosphere, pre-registration is essential.

  • When: Hosted seasonally on Saturday mornings.
  • Where: Handpicked, beautiful outdoor locations across North West London.
  • What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, and clothing suited for the weather.
  • Contributions: As a community-funded initiative, our trails are supported by voluntary donations, helping to cover organizational roots and keep these spaces accessible to all.
